How long does items take to ship?

Orders are prepared in the order that they are placed. Orders takes 3-5 days to prepare (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). Shipping is an additional 3-5 days via USPS.

What are your prices for services?

Prices vary depending on the style requested.

Orders ship daily via USPS, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
Processing 3-5 business days, domestic shipping 2-3 business days (international shipping 7-10 business days)
Once your order has been shipped, you will be updated via email with your tracking information. While tracking information is provided, it may not always reflect the current status or location of your package
Once a package has been passed to the carrier (USPS), Felicia Slater can not take responsibility for missing/lost or damage/broken. If package arrives broken/damaged or missing/lost customer should contact USPS and claim a file online
Your package will REQUIRE your signature upon delivery. If you are not home when your package arrives. You MUST go to your local post office or UPS to retrieve your package.
