Exchange Guidelines:

Photos Required: Photos are required to analyze the condition of the unit upon arrival. If you do not provide photos your request will automatically DENIED.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you.
